This is one of the top heat sealers on the market. It is feature packed and designed to not only be precise but operator friendly. You do not need to have an engineering background to become a professional at operating this machine.

This Continuous Band Sealer has the flexibility to handle many different sizes & types of bags. By turning the lifting handle, the conveyor system can be fully adjusted as needed. All it takes is a few simple turns clockwise or counterclockwise to raise or lower the conveyor. To take it one step further, you do not even need to turn multiple handles to make the system level on both sides, it is on a track system that keeps the heating elements level as you adjust the height.

The machines of the FRM-1370 series are two sets of heating blocks for heat-sealing of thick film packing, used to seal the package weighing under 5kgs, 10kgs, and 20kgs respectively. The machine works with a solid-ink coder to print the colored labels while sealing. The coder is able to print at high speed with instant dry and highly legible letters that have good adhesion properties. The printing wheel in the machine can be used for both R arrange and T arrange of types. For types in R arrange, the machine can print two lines in font size two (18PT) or three lines in font size five (10.5PT).
