The Continuous Band Sealer provides remarkable flexibility, capable of handling various sizes and types of bags. Adjusting the conveyor system is a breeze – simply turn the lifting handle to raise or lower it as needed. Unlike other systems, this sealer eliminates the need to manipulate multiple handles to ensure level adjustments on both sides. Thanks to its track system, the heating elements remain level as the height is adjusted.

Part of the FRM-1370 series, this machine features two sets of heating blocks designed for heat-sealing thick film packing. It is suitable for sealing packages weighing under 5kgs, 10kgs, and 20kgs, respectively. Collaborating with a solid-ink coder, the machine efficiently prints colored labels during the sealing process. The high-speed coder ensures instant drying and produces highly legible letters with excellent adhesion properties. Additionally, the printing wheel accommodates both R arrange and T arrange of types. For R arrange types, the machine can print two lines in font size two (18PT) or three lines in font size five (10.5PT).

Printing wheel can be fixed. Solid-ink coding device or color ribbon printing device can print the desired designs simultaneously with sealing, the characters clear and conspicuous. The colors are selectable and uneasy to decay and unchangeable, instant printing and instant dry, with strong adhesion.
