FXJ-2550X Semi Automatic Carton Sealing Machine

The HUALIAN BRAND FXJ-2550X Semi-Automatic Case Sealer has both top and bottom drive belts which allows control of the box during the sealing process. It is ideally suited to boxes of the same size but with its easy plug and play mode means quick and easy changeovers from one case size to another. This helps to maximise production time and reduce company downtime.

Easy to set up and adjust this semi-automatic case sealer will seal up to 1300 boxes per hour, ideal if you have a large volume packaging operation. The 2 top and 2 bottom belt drive units move the cartons into the machine before being automatically sealed. Rolls of machine tape are also available from PACKMACHINE.

This HUALIAN BRAND FXJ-2550X case sealer comes in a variety of options including top and bottom drive belts or both. Flap closers top and bottom. Easily adjustable to take different sized cartons. Compatible for tape widths up to 72cm and suitable for heavy products.

We can also offer infeed or outfeed roller conveyers to streamline your operation even further. Installation and training can be arranged.
