This series of filling machine is for the semi-automatic piston filling machine. Through the cylinder to drive a piston to draw and put out material, it is widely used by industries in the Food & Beverage, Personal Care, Cosmetics, Agricultural, Pharmaceutical, Animal Care and Chemical fields.
NO DRIPPING FILLING DEVICE 50-500ML: This liquid filling machine automatic has an efficient filling performance. Rotary valves control the transfer of liquid to the outlet independently, no dripping . Large Capacity: 100-1000ml.
ARBITRARILY CONTROLLABLE PROCESS: With large power air cylinder, the whole filling process is controllable, including the operating speed of air cylinder, filling speed, and filling volume, to meet different needs for accurate filling. Two nozzles are controlled independently.
STAINLESS STEEL CONSTRUCTION: Pneumatic shampoo filling machine is made of stainless steel materials, which avoids corrosion, rust, acid and alkali. Easy and safe to operate, and clean switches for better operation of the machine.
OPERATION METHOD: The bottle filler has two ways, foot switch filling and continuous automatic filling, two filling methods can be arbitrarily switched. Initially recommended to use foot switch filling. This cream filling machine needs to work with an air compressor(not offered).

Double Anti-drip Nozzles
The outlet nozzle can be easily removed and replaced to meet you need. The height of filling device is adjustable. The anti-drip nozzle is not easily plugged. The filling process is efficient and accurate.
Delicate Valve & Conveying Pipe
Equipped with a delicate valve, which has an excellent non-return effect. Inner part is made of Teflon material. Premium conveying pipe is durable for a long service life. Easy to dismantle and maintain.
Adjustable Speed & Volume
These two nozzles are controlled independently. With a great power and stable air pressure, the air cylinder can support the filling process well. Blue button controls the working speed of cylinder, orange one for filling speed. Filling volume is adjustable through swing handle.
Air Pressure Gauge & Switch
Equipped with an advanced air pressure gauge, the machine works well and keeps a good operation with air compressor(not offered). Support manual/automatic model, emergency stop with safe cut-out device.
