PAPERplus® consistently produces lightweight but extremely strong paper cushions that keep your goods securely in place and fully protected while in transit. PAPERplus® protective packaging paper is a versatile cushioning packing material used to protect fragile products packed manually into shipping boxes. The patented cushioning pad is highly shock absorbent, for excellent protection in transit. Paper is converted by the PAPERplus® system to form a protective pad directly around the product. An outstanding option for many applications: computer monitors, radiators, automotive parts, fine china, paintings, circuit boards, surgery kits and more.
The PAPERplus® Light Cushioning converter forms fanfold kraft paper into a light cushioning pad. The result is fast and efficient cushioning, blocking-and-bracing, and void filling. The converter forms the paper into a protective, shock-absorbing paper pad, using a patented folding and stitching process. A unique converter design, with five different modes of operation, allows both batch-mode applications and on-demand pad production.

Crinkled Paper Cushioning Machine
PAPERplus® Chevron delivers maximum fill with less material. The unique paper cushion system produces crinkled paper tubes that are large in volume and offer exceptional shock absorption. Very little paper is required to fill void in the package, and will block and brace light to medium-weight shipping goods in the carton. The high-quality paper cushioning is flexible, malleable and, thanks to perforation, very easy to separate manually.

Multi Layer Paper Cushioning Machine
The PAPERplus® Shooter transforms single-layer kraft paper into multi-layer paper cushioning at maximum speeds, which you can use to fill cartons and block and brace products.
