FRM-1120LD solid-ink coding continuous band sealer can seal all kinds of heat-sealable materials. Solid-ink coding device is adopted to print the colored label on bag while sealing. If necessary, counting device can be equipped as well. This is one of the top heat sealers on the market. It is feature packed and designed to not only be precise but operator friendly. You do not need to have an engineering background to become a professional at operating this machine.

This Continuous Band Sealer has the flexibility to handle many different sizes & types of bags. By turning the lifting handle, the conveyor system can be fully adjusted as needed. All it takes is a few simple turns clockwise or counterclockwise to raise or lower the conveyor. To take it one step further, you do not even need to turn multiple handles to make the system level on both sides, it is on a track system that keeps the heating elements level as you adjust the height.

FRM-1120LD is designed to quickly and efficiently seal any thermoplastic material including PE, PPE, stand up pouches, gusseted bags, and moisture barrier bags. This sealer can also be used in a wide array of fields such as: food, medical, and cosmetics industries. FRM-1120LD is our most versatile band sealing capable of sealing bag heights of 4" - 27" and up to a single load of 11-lbs.
