HUALIAN BRAND BSL series semi automatic L-seal cutting machine can convey the products automatically into shrink tunnel through conveying belt for shrink packaging after sealing & cutting. Equipped with shrink tunnel to reach higher working capacity.

At PACKMACHINE, our BSL series semi automatic l sealer machine range produces a totally enclosed bag and when used in conjunction with one of our heat tunnels, can produce packs of presentation quality at a much faster rate than any of the chamber new and used l sealers range. Our semi automatic l sealer machines are capable of wrapping products at 800- 1200 packs per hour, which is dependent on the product and user.

Features

• Safety device that prevents the sealing knife from overheating and guarantees operator's safety.
• Nano-fiber cutter holder and anti-sticking thermostable nichrome cutter that ensure good sealing without cracking or coking.
• Conveyor belt height is adjustable via hand wheel.
• Time relay that ensures accurate control of sealing & cutting times.
• Electro-magnetic hold-down provides more secure seal.
• Sliding roll holder, fully adjustable for different sized rolls of film (max. width:550mm).
• Return cylinder equipped to control sealing & cutting frame.
